Cam’ron Vs. Cam’ron

Vs. watch here) to help publicize his next album Crime Pays (that wasnt that good btw). When I first heard “I Hate My Job” I liked it, the piano in the beat was nice and Cam’ron rapping as an everyman worked. Had Cam’ron changed after getting shot, leaving the crew he founded (Dipset) and taking care of his mother? Maybe he was going to release a mature and heartfelt album with touches of ignorance and flair? Nope, Crime Pays was pretty forgetable and when it came out “I Hate My Job” now called “My Job” had been redone. The beat is more busy and has too much going on. The piano that made it so good is drowned out by other sounds and doing so undercuts the more heartfelt message of struggle in the song. In “My Job” there is an aspect I like there is some rapid piano sounds which is kind of like a phone busy signal so at a point it would be nice to bring that in to “I Hate My Job” but not overdo it like “My Job” does. So although this is Vs. and you may have a different opinon (which is fine) but i feel “I Hate My Job” > here.
